Holy Spokes! did amazing in this simulator. I know we had high hopes of being number one overall, but we still came in with a well-balanced scorecard AND company profits of over $1 million.

Holy Spokes! secured second place overall, but we dominated our target markets, consistently outperforming competitors across multiple segments during the simulator. Our team’s performance was nothing short of phenomenal! As President, Chief Financial Officer, and Sales Director, I accomplished nearly all of my objectives—except for one major regret: missing sales incentives in Q7. If given the chance, I would approach things differently. Although I firmly believe in the “it takes money to make money” philosophy, I still think we could have spent more strategically. Expanding to additional regions and introducing a few more bike models would have created greater sales opportunities and unlocked untapped potential.

Through this experience, I learned the tremendous impact of trusting your team. Bailey and Ivy proved to be exceptional teammates, consistently executing strategies with enthusiasm and reliability. This simulator brought an element of fun to learning, transforming it into an engaging and exciting game-like experience rather than a standard class. While I wish the process had been quicker to include more quarters, it reinforced the value of leaning on your team. Such trust fosters a sense of mutual appreciation, making everyone feel valued and supported in return.
