I found that the videos of each lesson were great with really good details on everything. I really liked the lessons when they involved audience involvement. The most valuable module that I used in Hootsuite was the analytics page. It impacted my client because I reflected on the videos and they helped give my client great ideas for future posts and how to gain involvement with our followers.

- Share your Canva image (Client shoutout or Top 5 Lessons Learned in MKT 146) I learned that I need to be patient when waiting for my client to respond to my emails. Updating my client on everything that is going on. Taking notes during the videos to get a full understanding of everything.
- What did you learn from your client/reviewer? What did you do well? What would you do differently next time? I feel like I did well at updating him on when i’m posting each photo and how we can improve the site. What I would do differently next time would be to make a calendar and keep track of when i’m going to do everything.
