PART 1:
My fives strengths are: Restorative, Developer, Harmony, Deliberative, and empathy. As I got my results from the Gallup Organization survey, I feel that they do certainly describe me, but I have not been fully aware of them. For instance, I never thought of myself being a problem solver or someone that could have good judgment at making decisions because more often I find myself spending more time focusing on the matter of the issue and my cautiousness makes me afraid to act upon deciding. This has to do a lot with my introverted personality but having acknowledged this behavior, makes room for improvement to be assertive and effective when making decisions.
The strengths domain chart places my strengths in the relationship building and executing nature. This could help me in this class when working on team projects and getting things done on a timely matter . Understanding the matter of the project is important as understanding and connecting the ideas of the colleagues that I work with and in the workplace it could help me to connect with the needs of the organization and prioritize task based on the importance and deadlines.
