Professional goals for the next few years

1. Prepare for the CCNA re-certification exam, and take the exam.
2. Prepare for the CCNA Security exam, and take the exam.
3. Start teaching the CCNA Security course.
4. Prepare for the Linux+/LPIC 1 exam, and take the exam
5. Enroll in the Linux Networking course (IT 232) when it is offered
6. Develop Chapter exams for all the cisco courses, make the exams available on D2L instead of Cisco Academy.
7. Review student’s evaluations, and make necessary changes to course delivery as needed.
8. Identify a new Cisco Certificate such as CCNA Voice or CCNA Wireless, prepare for the exam and take the exam.
9. Identify a new CompTIA or LPIC certification exam, prepare for the exam and take the exam.
10. Develop a new method of delivery for IT-140 to decrease the drop rate, implement the method, test it and modify it as necessary.
11. Enroll in the Cisco CCNP courses, complete the courses and prepare for the CCNP certification exam and take the CCNP certification exam.
