Nichole would like to continue using the Facebook and Instagram channels as primary means of creating her social community. I have asked her to begin utilizing Twitter as an additional channel to create more of an audience. We will continue to post content that is relevant to the products that she has to offer as well as testimonials from others from within her industry. The objective that Nichole would like to stick with is not necessarily to push people into using or promoting the products she and her other consultants offer, but to live by the Rodan + Fields moto which is “Changing skin, and changing lives”. Nichole wants to share the product and inform the consumers of the life changing opportunities that Rodan + Fields has to offer. She wants to use the channels to inform and educate her team and consumers of the benefits. She would like to grow her following for people that just as passionate about the products and benefits as she is. She has not put an overall number on her following that she would like to achieve. Her primary focus is to create content that is engaging and relevant to her followers. She wants her community to be engaged and remain engaged not just a number out there representing “how many people follow her”. Her strategy will to continue to create and curate content that is relevant to the consumer to continue engagement and establishing the ongoing relationships she has acquired.
