positive: consisting in or characterized by the presence or possession of features or qualities rather than their absence. it will help me work with other people easily. 

Empathy: the ability to understand and share the feelings of another. So I can share your feelings and I can understand other people, they would like to work with me.

Belief : trust, faith, or confidence in someone or something. I can trust my workmate and that should make our team successful.

Woo: seek the favor, support, or custom of. this is true I would like work with other team number, and if I need help I also want to get help from others.
