After speaking with my client Lori, she noted that she had gained 20 followers on Facebook within the last 30 days, so now her goal is to gain an additional 20. She did note that if we could hit an additional 30 followers, bringing her 50 new followers within the month, that would “kick butt:. Her Instagram has also gained 14 followers within the last 30 days.
So, our focus for Facebook is to grow her page by 30 followers within the month, and since Twitter and LinkedIn are brand new pages, we aim to grow those pages to 15 new followers within the first thirty days. As the weeks go by, based on how her pages do, we will adjust the growth goals as needed. I recommended to Lori that we had questionnaires to her pages do engage users in providing suggestions on what they would like to do/see. Lori is a little skeptical of it as of now, but is looking into trying it. I had advised her that things such as polls, questionnaires, trivia, and community room chats are great ways to boost consumer engagement.
