Over the course of this semester, I have learned about various ways to make our social media platforms more efficient, intuitive, and engaging. The site I used was Hootsuite.com and I believe that this site is a good way for social media users to learn strategies to monitor their social media accounts. By the end of the semester, we had to have finished and taken the exams for our Social Marketing Certification, as well as our Hootsuite platform Certification.
