Reflection 2

The personality assessments showed me that in all areas, I strongly value others. Team work is an important aspect of my life. Discipline, security, and curiosity also play major roles in my personality and decisions. According to the business assessment, I am an “everyman”. This result fits me well because if I start a business in the future, I want to give back and make my customers feel at home. The most accurate result was my personality type. I am an ISFJ according to the quiz. The ISFJ personality type describes me well because I am both introverted and extroverted depending on my mood. I also value work and try my best to be reliable. My ability to work with a team and my punctuality will likely benefit me most in my career. I love motivating my peers and creating a positive environment. My top five values are peace, discipline, financial stability, job security, and curiosity. I am most passionate about creating new things and satisfying peoples needs. Some have said that my organizational skills and priorities set me apart from others.

Week 1- Introductions

Hello! My name is Abby Teschke. I am a marketing major and this is my second semester at JCCC. Before attending JCCC, I completed my first year of college at K-State. Covid complicated things, but I will be returning to K-State in January. I have had a great experience at JCCC so far! Currently, I work at Target. I have been in the workforce for five years (I got my first job when I was fifteen). Over the years, I have learned many lessons about customer service and how businesses function. I hope this class gives me a better understanding of the marketing field as a whole.
