My name is Alexander Guy. This is my second semester at jccc, and I graduated high school last year. I am working to be a graphic design major, I am currently making music posters for The Bottleneck in Lawrence and CrossroadsKC in KCMO. I have no past marketing experience but I’m currently working towards being a marketer, which is why I am taking this class. I would first like to understand the foundation of marketing and know exactly what I am trying to achieve through it. I want to learn how to set a good relationship with the right people in order to find success and lastly, I would like to learn the specific social media strategies to best promote the brand I’m working with.
