My Personal Branding Statement comes from my personal experiences and my professional experiences. Me being in a leadership role at home and my place of work it is my responsibility to lead through inspiration. My PBS clearly states this position and why I do what I do.

My PBS is : “Inspire others to achieve meaning so your aspirations can be felt and heard”.

My social media strategy is to build a network of individuals that have unique aspirations for themselves and others so that I can learn from them. My strategy is not necessarily all about me, it’s more about all about us and can we learn and adjust from one another. I will begin using the LinkedIn as a professional platform, Twitter as more of a industry specific platform (sports), Facebook as a personal platform, and Google+ as an integrated platform.

With my three profiles (Twitter, LinkedIn, and Facebook) I updated and standardized all the information so there is no discrepancy across either. I also created custom URL’s for each that are all very similar (for some reason LinkedIn will not keep the M and H capitalized in the URL). I do need to get a more professional thumbnail photo for all platforms (I was foolish and skipped my opportunity to do this last semester in the CoLab). I have created an additional page (Personal Social Media Profiles) within this portfolio that lists my Google+, Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn accounts.
