I wrote a paper on the Dental Hygiene Process of Care, to identify what I did, why I did it, and what was next. Also to identify what I do know, what I don’t know, and most importantly, what I learned.

2. The Periodontal Maintenance Patient (PM) from Clinic III: In this assignment I identified a periodontal maintenance patient to understand and demonstrate periodontal maintenance and to identify the extent of possible disease and control any remaining contributing factors.
