It is vital that I am able to prove that I can share essential knowledge, perform necessary skills and showcase that I can be a successful and competent student. Throughout this program all students are required to asses how they are doing and we must be able to utilize critical thinking. Doing this will allow us to grow in a way that will help us become better equipped dental professionals. We will be reflecting on four different Dental Hygiene Competencies and each will be accompanied by a piece of evidence to make it easier to see how we have met each specific competency. These competencies will also provide us with a way to reflect on how we have been able to overcome challenges and discover our strengths.
